Construction Laborer

Responsibilities:

• Assist with various construction tasks, including demolition, site cleanup, and material handling.
• Prepare and maintain construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized working environment.
• Assist carpenters and other tradespeople with their tasks, such as framing, finishing work, and repair work.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment safely and efficiently.
• Return unused materials to the proper vendor.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment is a plus.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous tasks.
• Ability to follow verbal directions.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from supervisors.
• Must provide your own transportation to and from the job site.
• Clean DMV record and valid driver's license.
• Able to complete a task list in the order given.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary at $18 - $21 per hour, commensurate with experience.
• Paid time off
