Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist with various construction tasks, including demolition, site cleanup, and material handling.</li><li>Prepare and maintain construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized working environment.</li><li>Assist carpenters and other tradespeople with their tasks, such as framing, finishing work, and repair work.</li><li>Operate hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment safely and efficiently.</li><li>Return unused materials to the proper vendor.</li><li>Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols and procedures.</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment is a plus.</li><li>Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous tasks.</li><li>Ability to follow verbal directions.</li><li>Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from supervisors.</li><li>Must provide your own transportation to and from the job site.</li><li>Clean DMV record and valid driver's license.</li><li>Able to complete a task list in the order given.</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.</li></ul>Salary and Benefits:<ul><li>Salary at $18 - $21 per hour, commensurate with experience.</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>
