About the Role

Junge Construction is hiring a Construction Laborer to support residential building projects in Columbus, NC and nearby areas. This position focuses on keeping job sites running efficiently through material handling, site preparation, and support for skilled trades.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks including debris removal and site cleanup
• Load, unload, and stage materials for daily construction activities
• Assist carpenters with framing, trim, and repair work
• Use hand and power tools safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free job site
• Follow direction from supervisors and adhere to safety standards

Qualifications

• Prior construction or labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physically demanding work
• Willingness to follow instructions and learn on the job
• Reliable transportation to job sites in the Columbus, NC area
• Valid driver's license (required for certain job duties)
