Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.</li><li>Supervise and coordinate a team of skilled workers and subcontractors, providing guidance and support for efficient workflow.</li><li>Collaborate with clients, architects, and designers to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of construction plans.</li><li>Monitor and enforce compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.</li><li>Manage project schedules, including material procurement, subcontractor coordination, and progress tracking.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues or risks.</li><li>Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and project updates.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience as a carpenter in the construction industry.</li><li>Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.</li><li>Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.</li><li>Thorough knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.</li><li>Ability to problem-solve and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.</li></ul>Salary and Benefits:<ul><li>Hourly salary range: $30.00 - $35.00, commensurate with experience.</li><li>Paid time off.</li></ul>If you're ready to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, we'd love to hear from you!
